The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

Arm pit to Arm pit: 24" roughly hard to measure due to open style

Bottom of arm to top of collar 57cms

Length: 108cms

Has some marks and fading (mainly around the top shoulders and arms .

I think the faux fur has been added on. It could be removed
