To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT:
ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED
ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE RECIEVED
Any returned items WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:
ORIGINAL TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED (if they have any)
ITEMS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN ALTERED OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY
ITEMS ARE NOT IN A SALEABLE CONDITION
Goods must be returned at your own cost. We regret that Sapphire and Sixpence cannot refund the cost of postage (this includes the original delivery cost and return postage).
Please obtain proof of posting when posting your return. Should your parcel be lost on return to us, it is your responsibility to claim for this loss (it is essential for you to provide proof of postage!)
We will refund your transaction as soon as the item is received back.
Once your return is received and inspected, If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by your original method of payment, this should be within 1-3 days.
