We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, unfortunately we do not accept bank transfer.   

We can offer payment plans/layaway on all items in the shop please email sapphireandsixpence@yahoo.com for the terms and conditions  

Orders are normally shipped within 3 working days, we do not ship orders at the weekend or on public holidays.

For orders within the UK, your items will be posted using Royal Mail or other courier - a signature will be required.

We accept orders Worldwide, for deliveries outside the UK, all items will be send by Airmail.

Please note a tracking number should be provided. If there isn't one uploaded then its your responsibility to email us with a week to query this. Please keep an eye on its progress. If delivery is attempted and the recipient does not re arrange delivery or collect the item and it gets returned to us then we will only refund the items value not the original postage. Or the customer can pay the postage costs to send it out again. We urge customers to check the tracking every few days, as sometimes the delivery service dont leave a calling card.

 

 

Sapphire and Sixpence is not responsible for the payment of any import duties or tax your country may charge for your parcel to be delivered. 

Customs information: sometimes orders can get held-up in customs, which can significantly alter the expected delivery time.

Please note that Sapphire and Sixpence cannot refund the cost of postage once orders are despatched.
