The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

arm pit to arm pit: 19"

Waist: 16"

Arm length: 58cms from bottom of cuffs to top of shoulder seam

Bottom of sleeve to top of collar: 72cms

Across the Shoulders seam to seam: 42cms 

length: 92cms

 Has some general wear and marks i have tried to show you in the photos but some dont show up that well. Has had a repair (photos)
