The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

Arm pit to arm pit: 17.5"  

Length: 125cms

 Has some holes and fading 

The elastic has given in the cuffs

One of the ties cords is missing on top and bottom . I will move the top one to the bottom so at least there is one pair of tie cords

 Please note indian dresses material is hand block print. Due to the hand made nature of the material it may have mis prints and general printings flaws to the material
