The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

arm pit to arm pit: 18"

Waist: 16"

Arm length: 54cms from bottom of cuffs to top of shoulder seam

Bottom of sleeve to top of collar: 65cms

Across the Shoulders seam to seam: 38cms 

length: 70cms

Condition:  has some wear and marks and smells . The pocket lining needs some stitching
