 Label size: 14 check measurements below 

The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

Arm pit to Arm pit: 18"/18.5

Waist :15" just over.. measured 36cms from shoulder seam 

Length: 115cms from top of back zip to bottom hem.

This looks like it's been made bigger at the bodice under the arms. Look at photos its  been done professionally. 

Also it has been let down after been taken up so small pin holes can be seen although it's not really noticeable.  There is one small repair in this area
