The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

arm pit to arm pit: 19"

Waist : 15" Bottom of jacket measured 44cms from shoulder seam 

Sleeve length: 58cms taken bottom cuff top of shoulder 

Bottom of sleeve to top of shoulder seam : 71cms

length: 38cms

Across Shoulders seam to seam 44cms 

 Some marks in the leather but I think these are part of the leather
