The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

Arm pit to arm pit: 17"  this is measured lower than normal due to the balloon sleeves. It's measured 29cms down from shoulder seam 

Length: 119cms

 Has some marks on the dark neck area. Has some small holes and one near the neck which i didn't notice while taking photos.

 Please note indian dresses material is hand block print. Due to the hand made nature of the material it may have mis prints and general printings flaws to the material
