I think this is from the 60s I have attached a screen shot from the vintage fashion guild Website. It says 50s but I think they coat looks 60s

The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:
arm pit to arm pit: 17.5"
Waist 16.5"
Arm length 57cms Bottom of cuff to top of shoulder seam
Bottom of sleeve to top of collar: 78cms
Across Shoulders: 39cms (seam to seam)
length: 110cms
Good condition light marks near pockets can't really be seen
