A pull on dress. I think this is antique 

I dont think the ties are original 

Material: cotton a thicker type could possibly have linen mixed 

Lined:  no

Size: says ? check measurements below 

The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

arm pit to arm pit: 17.5" just over 

Waist: 12.5" can stretch to 16"

Length 104cms
