A Romanian dress. Fastens with press studs at the top. You would probably want to add hooks or ties so it's more secure. The press studs are probably added later

Material: cotton thicker type 

Lined: no

The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

Arm pit to Arm pit: 24" gathered style 

Waist: 21"

Length: 115cms

 Has some wear and marks but in good condition
