A vintage coat It fastens up with buttons 

Material:  velvet

The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

arm pit to arm pit: 19"

Waist: 16"

Arm length: 59cms from bottom of cuffs to top of shoulder seam

Bottom of sleeve to top of collar: 70cms

Across the Shoulders seam to seam: 40cms 

length: 112cms

Condition: the collar is has some fine dust coming from it.
