The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

Arm pit to Arm pit: 17.5"  has stretch at both sides roughly to 18.5

Waist:14.5 "  has some stretch roughly to 15.5"

Length:92 cms take from top of zip to bottom hem

The boning at the front is a bit bent . This could be replaced or taken out. I have included a photo of the inside so you can see
