Make:  i think this is Dollyrockers as it has the same care label as a Dollyrockers. Also the print is very Dollyrockers.

The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

Arm pit to Arm pit: hard to measure due to wide sleeves 

Waist: 18"  measured 39cms from shoulder seam. Think just under bust depending on your bust size 

Length: 133cms
