A vintage coat It fastens up the front with buttons 

Material: leather and sheepskin trim

The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

arm pit to arm pit: 19.5"

Waist: 16"

Arm length: 61cms from bottom of cuffs to top of shoulder seam

Bottom of sleeve to top of collar: 75cms

Across the Shoulders: 42cms 

length: 94cms

Condition:  someone had moved the buttons.  So it has marks where they were.  Discolouration on the.lining and parts have a smell
