The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

Arm pit to Arm pit: 17.5"  

Waist: 13.5"  measured 35cms from shoulder seam 

Length: 104cms  Has been taken up.

 Zip a little stiff . Has a small marks on the sleeve.  The collar looks like it needs a press (i only have steamer) has a pull on the back
