A vintage dress fastens at the front with buttons 

The dress has spilt at each side so you would need to wear a mini skirt or shorts.  Look at photos

Arm pit to Arm pit: 18.5"  

Waist :15.5"

Length: 82cms 

 I think it has been taken up and let back down. It has a crease it might come out if given an iron. I only have a steamer.
