The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

arm pit to arm pit: 20" just

Waist: 17.5"

Arm length: 56cms from bottom of cuffs to top of shoulder seam

Bottom of sleeve to top of collar: 67cms

Across the Shoulders seam to seam: 40cms 

length: 80cms

Condition:  would benefit from a clean the photos does seem to have shown all the marks mainly on the front and arms
