The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

Arm pit to arm pit: 20.5"

Waist  16" just over 

length: 100cms

Arm length..Bottom of cuffs to top of collar 58cms 

 Botton of cuff to collar seam: 70cms

Has loops at the waist so could have possibly originally had a belt
