A vintage pull on dress. Can be worn on or off the shoulders

The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

Arm pit to Arm pit: 19" 

Waist 10" has elastic so can stretch to 19"

Length 100cms  

 The ribbon isn't part of the original dress it's just some vintage ribbon i had but I will send it with the dress
