A vintage pull on dress.

The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

Arm pit to arm pit: 11" can stretch to 17" as its elastic at the sides

Waist : 11" can stretch to 18"

Length from the back  125cms  not including straps 

 Has had something attached to the front. And damaged it a bit.  You could put a flower or do some embroidery over this .
