A 50s /60s fastens at the back with a metal zip 
Material: think cotton
Lined: no
Label size: ? Check measurements below 

The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:
Arm pit to arm pit: 17" measured from the back
Waist: 13" 
Length: 127cms from top of zip to bottom hem 

 The top part I'm not sure if uts meant to be folded down or left up but I think some sitches will need to be added
